Watercolour for Beginners - Part 2 (3-week course)

3-week course running for three consecutive 2.5-hour sessions from the start time listed below.
ABOUT THE CLASS
Part 2 of the Beginners Watercolours course - please be sure to have attended Part 1 of the course before booking onto this one.
In this class, students will paint various new subjects using the beautiful medium of watercolour.
WHAT TO BRING
(Bundles of watercolour paints / brushes are available at the QPAC Art Shop)
Selection of watercolour paints (either pans or tubes)
Selection of brushes (such as Daler Rowney size 8 and 2 round, and at least one flat brush 1/2 inch - 1 inch, and a fan brush)
Watercolour paper
Masking tape
Masking fluid (needle tip or bring a brush to use with this),
Mixing palette
Small natural painting sponge
Pencil
Rubber
Ruler
ABOUT THE TUTOR
Leila Ward is a Tring-based artist who studied Art and Design at Loughborough University School of Art and Design. She has experimented with different mediums over the years, and particularly likes drawing/ painting animals, and using watercolour, acrylic, and printing techniques. Leila enjoys making art more accessible to others, showing people that anyone can create art.
