Are you in need of some ‘Me-Time’? What better way to make some time for your own wellbeing in 2024 than with some happy, relaxed singing! Singing is good for us!

Group singing has been proven to lift mood, reduce stress & anxiety, reduce pain, increase immunity and improve respiratory function, but most of all, IT’S FUN!

Our singing group is super friendly, completely inclusive, and there is absolutely no pressure or judgement. It is open to everyone regardless of singing ability. We welcome people with long-term health conditions, those going through an emotionally tough time, carers who need some respite and anyone who feels in need of some relaxed singing and laughter.

We sing uplifting and happy songs from the shows, songs from the 40s, 50s, 60s and 70s, spirituals, funny songs, the odd new song and more! It’s a great way to meet other local people and enjoy some relaxed singing, laughter and fun. There are no performances, no pressure, just lots of happy singing for wellbeing, health and fun.
