‘Death at the Belfry’ (or ‘Ding Dong!’) by Archie Wilson

The St Adolphus Campanology Society (Sacs) have unexpectedly won a prestigious 8 bell peal competition In Oxford.

The peal was a new composition written by a member of Sacs and won great acclaim from the Oxford Judges. Sacs throws a party to celebrate their triumph, inviting the whole church congregation. The Vicar is delighted and puts on a meal for all.

During the celebrations, the door bursts open and a female bell ringer from a rival group barges in, accusing Sacs of stealing a member from her society, the very member who wrote the very successful 8 bell peal.

A huge row erupts with the rival campanologist throwing accusations, threats and abuse at everybody before leaving via the bell tower. Sacs is left in uproar, it’s very existence challenged…what can they possibly do to put things right? Well…!

Ticket price includes fish & chips! Ticket holders will be contacted to confirm food orders - vegetarian option available.
