ABOUT THE CLASS
Part 2 of the 'Introduction to Interior Design' course - please be sure to have attended Part 1 of the course before booking onto this one.
Introduction to Interior Design will give you the practical skills and knowledge to create a design for a domestic space. Through workshops you will develop your design awareness and learn the fundamentals of planning an interior design scheme.
Part 2 is taking the skills you have learned and building upon them by drilling down deeper, looking at more complicated client briefs, drawing plans to scale and working with budgets.
You will be introduced to three-dimensional thinking and analysis as you begin to plan and stylise a residential interior space. There will be an emphasis on developing your practical design skills as you learn how to produce scale drawings, mood boards and sample boards. In addition, you'll find out where to source materials and how to create that designer look.
If you have a passion for interiors, have a project you would like to work through or simply want to gain some new ideas for your home, come along to this 6 week course and enjoy yourself.
