Qigong – Beginners and Improvers

Weekly course running through term time.
Afternoon workshops introducing students to Tai Chi Qigong. Each week you will learn different sections of this traditional Chinese practise of flowing movement and postures. Helena will introduce new variations as you go along.
Qigong is beneficial for both mental and physical health, and particularly works on your flexibility and strength. Practising Taichi Qigong can also improve your circulation, balance and co-ordination and on the other hand aids mental focus, too.
Moderate level of exercise, suitable both for complete beginners, as well as improvers who have done some Tai Chi or Qigong before.
ABOUT THE TUTOR
Helena has been teaching Health Qigong since qualifying under the British Health Qigong Association in 2011.
Helena also has an interest in Complementary Therapy and is an experienced Yoga teacher. As a teacher at Queens Park she runs further sessions in Yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
