DONATE TO THE QPAC BUILDING IMPROVEMENT MATCH FUND
Queens Park Arts Centre is a registered charity (no. 1092147). With 90% of our annual income generated by our own activities, the generous support of our attendees, volunteers and partner organisations is essential to helping us continue our operations. Every workshop booking, ticket sale, on-site purchase and donation of time, talent or finance helps make sure QPAC is ready for future generations to discover and enjoy.
Following our recent successful capital project to improve accessibility and security of the centre, we are now launching an ambitious building improvement project, and we are asking for your help! The project will include (but may not be limited to) beginning much-needed upgrades to the theatre - in particular upgrading the raked theatre seating, replacing our antiquated kiln, and repairing parts of the roof in need of attention.
The money raised through this fund will form the match funding of larger grant applications, but will also enable us to be sure we can act on at least some of these aims. Our first priority is the theatre rake! Please do consider donating - it makes a huge difference, no matter the size of the contribution.
SPONSOR OUR THEATRE SEATS
As part of this fundraising campaign, we are running a 'Sponsor our Theatre Seats' rewards scheme for particularly large donations that accelerate us towards our ambitious £60,000 goal.
Donate £100+ to be credited on our website and in the next brochure to be published.
Donate £500+ and we will also display a physical name plaque in a prominent position to show our appreciation of your contribution.
These rewards are automatic - as long as donations are attributed to our Building Improvement Fund and we have a way to contact you, then donations exceeding either £100 or £500 will be eligible for their respective rewards. You can donate here at our donate page, over the phone or in person at our front desk.
These larger goals can be achieved by individuals or groups, as long as the total comes to us as one lump sum. We will contact donors to find out how we should credit each donation.
