Low Intensity Exercise to Music (For Women)

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
A low intensity exercise class suitable for anyone looking to keep fit and work on their balance and mobility.
Chairs are used for some part of the session and there are no floor exercises. The class includes:
- Aerobics to music
- Strength work standing and seated (no floor exercise)
- Cool down
ABOUT THE TUTOR
Corinne is a qualified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Exercise to Music teacher with experience working with people of all ages and abilities. She specialises in exercise for over 60s and people with Parkinson’s and aim to make people feel good about themselves, be strong, mobile and fit so they can enjoy life to the full. She recently qualified as a Boxercise Instructor, Parkinson's Pro Instructor and a Functional Ageing Specialist.
WHAT TO BRING
- Water to drink
- Flat comfortable shoes such as trainers
- Dumbbells (500g) or a couple of tins / water bottles
