ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Legs, Bums & Tums is a fun workout that aims to strengthen and shape your thighs, bum and stomach. It also includes exercises and stretches to aid and increase mobility and flexibility. It’s a great calorie burning workout and is suitable for all fitness levels. Each class is different but will always have the same goal: to target those problem areas and improve your all round fitness.
ABOUT THE TUTOR
Ruth has been working in the fitness industry for six years. Her classes are all about having fun and great music!
WHAT TO BRING
Please wear clothes you can dance in, bring an exercise matt and some water.
