ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Learn how to dye fabrics with rust and indigo pigments to create beautiful rich tones. At the end of the two days you will take home your own samples along with the knowledge and confidence to continue experimenting in your own creative practice.

ABOUT THE TUTOR:

Dawn Ramsay studied fabric design, later on becoming interested in sustainable materials and natural dyes she now keeps a dye garden of plants grown to dye fabrics, yarn and paper.

WHAT TO BRING

Please wear old clothes or bring an apron. Materials are provided within the workshop fee. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase from the Coffee Bar onsite but you may also want to bring your own lunch with you.
