Teen's Self Portraiture

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:

QPAC life-drawing tutor Ayşe will be leading a self-portraiture workshop aimed at those between 12-16. Students will draw themselves from a mirror and draw their position in perspective with attention to shading and detail. Ayşe will guide and give instructions on proportions, human form analysis and basic anatomy.

WHAT TO BRING:

Please bring a snack and a bottle of water, or there is a coffee bar on site. There will be a break to eat your snack during the workshop. Materials will be provided by the centre – paper, charcoal and pencil but if you favour any particular media we encourage you to bring them for experimentation.
